🙏 RETURN POLICY – CHRISTWRLD™

At CHRISTWRLD™, we’re committed to delivering more than just clothing — we deliver purpose, quality, and conviction in every piece. But if something’s not right, we’ve got you. Here’s how returns and exchanges work in our world:


📅 RETURN ELIGIBILITY

  • Timeframe: You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Exclusions: Sale items, limited drops, and gift cards are non-returnable unless there’s a verified fault.


🔁 RETURN OPTIONS

You may request:

  • Store Credit: Save it for a future blessing.

  • Exchange: Need a new size or item? Let us know — subject to stock.

  • Refund: Sent back to your original payment method (minus shipping).

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Return shipping is at your own cost


📦 HOW TO START A RETURN

  1. Email us: christwrldwear@gmail.com within 7 days

  2. Include:

    • Your Order Number

    • The item you're returning

    • Reason for return

  3. Once approved, we’ll send the return address and instructions.

🔐 Returns must be sent back with a valid tracking number.
We are not responsible for any lost returns without proof of shipment.


🔄 EXCHANGES

Need a new size or color?
Let us know when initiating your return. We’ll do our best to make it happen — subject to availability.


💸 REFUNDS

Refunds are issued 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Please remember:

  • Shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable

  • Orders without valid tracking are not eligible for a refund


🛠 FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrived damaged, we’re truly sorry. Let’s fix that fast:

  1. Email us at christwrldwear@gmail.com within 7 days

  2. Include:

    • Order Number

    • Item Name

    • Clear photos of:

      • The damage

      • The full item

      • Original packaging

We’ll prioritize your claim and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.


⚠️ FINAL NOTES

  • Items marked as Final Sale, gift cards, and exclusive promotional drops cannot be returned.

  • CHRISTWRLD™ does not cover return shipping costs or offer prepaid return labels.

  • Returns that don’t meet the criteria will not be accepted.
